Service Charter

The service charter is a letter of commitment and coordination of expectations between the corporation, the service provider, and the residents.

The agreement is based on the definition of the main services provided by the corporation and adapted to the work plan while setting defined performance goals.

Thus, for each service, service levels and tools for monitoring and control were determined for the purpose of continuously improving the quality of service to the residents.
